The stuffing has extraordinary resilience that maintains its shape and stay plush when it is washed & dried. The safety eyes has two parts to them , one is the decorative plastic portion on the outside and then a washer that snaps over the back locking each other in place.
Please note safety eyes are not recommended for children under 3 years without supervision.
